Please note, we are able to deliver bikes, bike attachments, helmets, strollers, wheelchairs, umbrellas and beach chairs.
We recommend that you safeguard the receipt for your bicycle rentals. While your receipt will never have your credit card information on it, it does contain other important information regarding your Rental Agreement, and Instructions.
Your bike numbers and lock combinations as well as your rental agreement and rental dates can be found on your receipt.
Once your bikes are delivered, we leave your receipt underneath your exterior front door mat or if no mat, inside your front door jam. If your receipt is missing or you did not receive one, please call us immediately so we can get you another copy.
