We did a little research on the top rated spots on the island. We found some of the most preferred spots to visit, to eat, and to see live music. The reviews are in, the results are clear, here are your top 4 places to check out in July (in no particular order).
The Jazz Corner
An American cuisine restaurant with great Jazz every night of the week. This place is definitely worth seeing and repeating! You’ll want to see the calendar of events so you can pick a night or two that sound like a good match for you, so head to their website thejazzcorner.com to see what’s happening.
Java Burrito Co.
A family owned and operated Mexican grill and coffee bar. This place is positioned conveniently in the middle of the island right off the main drag. Any time of day Java Burrito Co offers great food at good prices with quick service. Definitely a must have.
Coligny Beach
There is free parking, and it is a public beach, but it’s great destination on this island because it offers more than just any beach. Great stores, great play places for kids, many things to do! And easy to get around too (on a bike that is)… This is definitely a good place to anchor for a day and have plenty of things for the whole crew to get into.
Coastal Discovery Museum
This is a great place for children and adults of all ages. There is a wide variety of exhibits, things to see and do. Enjoy the beauty of this island up close and personal, and learn something new about the history of the low country at the same time.
As always, enjoy the island, and make sure you have your reservations in order for a bike to get around. We have all the options and sizes you’ll need over in our store.
