When you are in Hilton Head, every day is like a weekend. Take Thursdays, for example. If you come to the island to vacation in the spring, you can head out for a day at the beach, enjoy the temperate weather, perhaps play a round of golf, or even go for a delightful bike ride if you want to stay active. But be sure to save a little energy for the fun you’ll have in the evening at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina for Music and Taste on the Harbour! From dancing to dining, here’s what to expect:
Dancing
Meet at the Neptune statue to dance to the music of local bands such as Deas Guys, Target the Band, and Stee and the Candy Band. As long as the weather holds out, the music will be playing! If you’re not up for dancing, you are welcome to sit back and enjoy the tunes in your seat.
Dining
Shelter Cove Harbour restaurants will be providing special prices for drinks and appetizers to help you keep your energy up with all that dancing you’ll be doing. (Please note: no coolers or outside food or beverages will be permitted.) Seating is limited to provide enough dancing space, but guests are welcome to bring their own chairs.
Donations
What’s the best entrance fee you can imagine for this popular event? That’s right; it’s free! But don’t come empty-handed. It is highly recommended that patrons bring a canned good that organizers donate to the Deep Well Project, which helps feed the less fortunate in the local area. Come out to have a good time, and then feel good about helping others around you!
Block out 6-9 pm on your calendar for the Thursday night you will be in Hilton Head. You won’t want to miss this event!
