It’s that time of year again. Leaves changing, weather getting cooler, and with all the rain that’s been happening lately it seems like fall is just breezing on by! But that hasn’t stopped us islanders from making the most of the Halloween season! Here are few things you can look forward to these next few days around the Island.
Salty Dog Cafe Haunted BBQ and Kids Custom Contest
Head over to Salty Dog Cafe to participate in this year’s BBQ and Costume contest, or just come by to experience the Haunted Village. The food is bound to be great, and the event is always a good one! The festivities will begin at 4p, and the contest starts at 7p at South Beach Marina.
Halloween Wagon Rides at Sea Pines Resort
For the brave of heart, you might want to reserve your seat at the Haunted Wagon Rides in Sea Pines. All ages in costume are welcome for pumpkin decorating, crafts, activities, trick-or-treating, a costume contest, cookies, and apple cider. More on the Sea Pines website.
Other Halloween Things
See costumes, play games, and more at First Baptist Church Hilton Head. Compete with pet Costumes, family costumes, and hot dog eating contests at Coligny Plaza. Visit the Shelter Cove Community Park pumpkin patch. And as always, trick or treat at Tanger Outlets. It’s all a good time!
Don’t Forget, The 10th Annual Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d’Elegance
October 28 through November 6, the 10th Annual Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d’Elegance is back! The Savannah Speed Classic will be at Hutchinson Island followed by the Motoring Midway, Car Club Jamboree, and the prestigious Concours d’Elegance at the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn.
