Just wanted to touch base to let you know how much we enjoyed the bikes we rented from your company while at Fiddlers Cove and how much we appreciate the service we received. I had attempted to book our rental online and experienced some issues completing the transaction. I then called directly to book the rental thinking that the online transaction had not been completed. On Saturday April 4th we had 4 bikes delivered due to the double booking. We were able to send 2 of the bikes back without any questions asked which simplified things greatly for us and saved us the money on extra rentals. We will definitely rent from Vacation Comfort Rentals next year. Thanks again for a great experience dealing with your company.
